Helen loves working with individuals and teams, observing their “lightbulb” moments, supporting them in going beyond their comfort zones, seeing connections and providing space for reflection. Her vision is for everyone she works with to learn something about themselves, to have a question to reflect on and to make a step towards a better work life and career.

Prior to setting up her own company, Helen spent over 20 years with PwC in London leading their client training and culture team, working in both the public and private sector, where she built a reputation for a pragmatic approach to closing organisational capability gaps. She is qualified executive coach, accredited by the Academy of Executive Coaching and is a member of the International Coaches Federation.

Helen lives in West Sussex, with her husband and two teenage/tweenage sons. She is a trustee of Friends of Kagando, a charity supporting a hospital in rural Uganda, making her first trip there in 2019. She is also involved with the ministry of her local church and is an avid book reader, runner and cricket fan!
