Becoming a Member of Tide Risers is a commitment to personal and professional leadership development through the strength of community.
Tide Risers creates the opportunity to build real, lasting relationships with women you may never have had the chance to meet elsewhere. The cross-pollination of ideas from diverse perspectives and the sharing of talent from a variety of rich life experiences make for powerful learning experiences and give our Members resources that may have otherwise been beyond their grasp.
We are amplifying our impact and advancing not just ourselves, but working collaboratively to uplift, challenge, and hold accountable our fellow Tide Risers. That includes hundreds of women across the United States and beyond, from a wide variety of industry backgrounds and life experiences.
Redefining Female Leadership
Female leaders are facing a dramatic turning point in history, and we have the opportunity right now to shape the future of female leadership. The Tide Risers curriculum is designed to provide the framework and structured supports to explore and advance our highly individualized identities as leaders. Guided by our our talented Facilitators, our Members unstick themselves personally and professionally, expand their networks, and clarify and advance their goals.
The Tide Risers journey begins with our signature one-year, cohort based experience. Members begin the program in January, and work with their cohort of thoughtfully selected women through December. Members then graduate to become Empriseurs, the female leaders who have completed our first-year program and remain actively involved and dedicated to the Tide Risers mission.
The first-year Tide Risers curriculum includes our monthly, in-person gathering led by a Tide Risers Facilitator, occasional Excursions, monthly individual assignments, and small group work.
All members of our community, including Empriseurs and Members in their first year, are invited to attend our annual Summit, an integral part of the Tide Risers experience, in which we bring Members together from across the nation. All members of our community are also invited to participate in facilitated conversations throughout the year via global video conferences and our private online workspace.

Annual membership for our 2019 first-year cohort program is $2,200, and rates for 2020 cohorts will be published soon. Empriseurs do not pay a financial fee for membership. The are asked, however, to contribute something to the Tide Risers community every year.
The generosity of our sponsors make possible a limited amount of financial assistance for members who need it. If you require financial assistance, please reach out to us. We work very hard to make Tide Risers accessible to all, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
