What Do YOU Need?

 

I was interviewed recently for an article for ValiantCEO, and had the opportunity to talk about the needs of employees and the Quiet Quitting and Great Resignation phenomena. Feel free to read the article here.

In my view, community is the secret to keeping employees happy. When a work culture is truly supportive of the humanity of each individual, everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their greatest professional potential. Building a community within a work environment, however, takes much more deliberate action than most employers expect. 

The article goes into more detail about this and how and why I founded Tide Risers, which is a story I always love to tell!

The big question so many employers are asking right now is: 'What do people need from their work environment to keep them motivated?'

A lot of us are still trying to figure that out. On February 10, I will be hosting a free, one-hour, online workshop to give you the opportunity to reflect on what your own needs are. 

While you may think you have a good sense of what you need, you'd be amazed at how much more clarity we can help you find within the course of one hour. Clarifying your needs will help you communicate them to others and give you a baseline to work from to ensure you are able to effectively pursue your intentions and goals.
