This can deteriorate our lateral thinking, our creativity, and our ability to communicate with efficacy and empathy. Reversing these effects can be a critical lever in our evolution as powerful, effective leaders.
During this session, you will go for a walk outdoors while Lara guides you through a process of tuning into all of your senses and experiencing your surroundings in a new way. It will be a restorative, light, and friendly experience with the added benefit of boosting your leadership capacity by tapping into greater creativity and lateral thinking skills.
